We stand behind our shoes and understand you may prefer to exchange or return for a number of reasons.

 

U.S. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can be returned for a full refund to original payment method for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Items can be exchanged for another item for up to 45 days from the purchase date. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging and condition; all tags must be present (as applicable). To begin a return or exchange, please follow the steps below.

 

CANADA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products can be exchanged for another item for up to 45 days from the purchase date. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging and condition; all tags must be present (as applicable). Due to long shipping times, there is a $10 restocking fee on all returned or exchanged items from Canada. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. To begin a return or exchange, please follow the steps below. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

All purchases made outside of the United States and Canada are final.

Further, please note we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly from pluiepluie.com. If you purchased your shoes from another retailer, please contact them directly.

         - Your order #
         - Which item(s) you are returning and what you want in exchange
         - Reason for exchange
         - After you submit your requested item(s) in exchange and ship out your return, we will send you the requested item(s)

        After your above steps for a return/exchange, we will follow up with you to process your return/exchange.
